A great jazz music resource is All About Jazz. You'll find a link at the bottom of the page. If live music gets your feet tapping, check out David O'Rourke or Jennifer Sutton O'Rourke. Each one is to a fine musican on the New York City scene. David is a jazz guitarist who also conducts orchestras and arranges music scores. His band performs weekly at Django in Midtown New York City. He also works with the New York City youth orchestra. His wife Jennifer has honed her "instrument", her vocal cords, to good use. Her talent has taken her to venues including Lincoln Center where she has performed with the Nelson Riddle Orchestra, conducted by Nelson's son Christopher. I have developed an 80 Minute Megamix CD as a preview of what is available in my music selection. I should clarify that I have many 80 Minute Megamix CD's but they are not for sale! I will give them away free, by request with any order--or you can order one for free as long as you pay shipping and handling--$7.49. These are actual recordings of a mix of rock music played at Moffitt-Smith--my furniture restoration business. Each one is unique and does not have a breakdown of songs. You just have to listen to the whole thing! If you like a wide variety of rock music (classic rock to adult top 40 rock) you will like this. But don't forget the purpose of the disk--to preview what is available on the website. (I cannot afford expensive software and bandwitdth to let you listen on line so this will have to do.)
