Welcome to Northwest Technical Institute, located in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in the training of Cost Estimators and Project Managers. Students attend our training program in Portland from all over the United States and come to us from diverse backgrounds—some are recent highschool graduates, while others have decades of work experience behind them.
