Founded in 1944 by a group of industry leaders, Central Florida Builders Exchange is a member owned, nonprofit commercial construction association run by a Board of Directors, elected each year from our membership. CFBE operates as such as a library or clearinghouse for commercial construction projects.
Our Purpose is to provide quality project information, access to plans / specifications, benefit programs and services that promote value for our members, as well as the commercial construction industry. All services are aimed at simplifying the construction process and supporting the relationship between contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, design firms and project owners.
Our Mission is to be the complete information and communication source for the commercial construction industry.
