Father and son Bill and Brad Wade have been working together for nearly twenty years. Finding that special and unique corporate gift had always been a problem. Several years ago, we were looking for chocolate covered strawberries as gifts for associates and clients. We tried several items for ourselves but were usually disappointed. Nobody we found was using “real gourmet chocolate” or “long stem premium strawberries”. They all said “we use chocolate” , but in fact they were using dipping sauce or a fondue type product containing lots of vegetable oil (yuk!) and no cocoa butter. The FTC requires cocoa butter and chocolate liquor in any product labeled as chocolate. We enjoy quality items and simply wanted to send the best possible gift.
